Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment, it is your responsibility to cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance of the session by phone. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the session. The fee for cancellation without a 24-hour notice or for a No Show is $75.00. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company. Certain exceptions will be made to this policy in the event of an emergency. Therapy works the best with clients being committed to showing up for appointments and several cancellations might hinder your progress. Additionally, not showing up or calling may take the possibility of an appointment away from another client. If 24-hour notice is provided, I will try to find another time in which to see you as soon as possible.
