GLIDE Where Healing Moves

 

In our work together, I will first take time to understand the issues and unmet needs that brought you into therapy or coaching. To create meaningful change, it helps to know where you want to go and where you are starting from.

Change is not all or nothing. We move from not thinking about change, to considering it, to making a plan, to taking action, and finally to sustaining that change. As your therapist/coach, I will use techniques that help you move forward, from not thinking, to thinking, to planning, to doing, and continuing to grow.

As your readiness grows, your vision of a healthier, more fulfilling life can become clearer. Your confidence and commitment to this process will continue to strengthen.

My goal is to help you improve the mental and emotional aspects of your health, as well as your behaviors and relationships, including those with a parent, partner, employer, coworker, or others.
